Greeting Brother and Sisters in Christ. I spoke with Wes this evening for about 20 minutes and he has asked me to pass on the highlights of our conversation so that you all will know what is going on and how you can help.

They spent the morning with the Attorneys. Celestice Baptista is the Attorney that we have engaged to assist Michael. He has agree to not only assit Michael but to also assist Rosemon, get the home properly licensed, survey the land, draw up the contract on the land and assist us in obtaining the franchise (the tax free certificate we deperatly need to import to Haiti without paying customs duties). The attorney is a well know and successful attorney who has already proved his value to us in assisting Michael. He has agreed to perform all these task for $3,500 (US). Of course this will not cover any punative damages if the girls family press for damages but we think that is unlikly. We will need to pay him $1,500 by the end of the week and the balance by Thanksgiving.

After the attorneys they went to the land and attempted to get the pump working without success. They are going back again tomorrow to retry.

Tomorrow they will be meeting with some administrative assistants for Aristeed who are to assist us with the franchise. So pray they will be successful and that God will remove the barriers. He also plans to go and visit Rosemon tomorrow.

Wes has had several good meetings with Michael and his sprirts have been boosted a bit. He needs a good bit of money to assist with the room and board bills that have mounted over the past few weeks. Not to mention the upcoming legal bills and the on going food needs. They plan on moving Michael and the boys to the promise land later this week when the contract is final on the land.

I am to call Wes again tomorrow night and either I or Wes will give you more details on the days events. Thank you all for your prayers and support.
