Family and friends,
Just a really quick email to advise that we are all well. Teacher training has 3rd day today, which will conclude. Soccer bible school is over, successfully. Evangelism team has done good work. Last night we went to Nazon Church and showed the La Combat video outdoors to probably 200 people.
Today we go to Cite Soleil to see the children's feeding program and medical clinic that my Florida friends are running (the team of first-timers that I helped arrrange and hook up with Pastor Dieusel.) We are praying that they want to become permanently engaged. Serge saw me this morning and said they are blown away with what they are seeing. I believe it.
All for now. I am now going to a 7am mtg with my evangelist friend/partner, Jean-Baptiste.
Attn Bruce - I have not heard anything about the $600 that Jehu requests for camp for his boys. Did that email get out? Any idea whether the "Jehu team" wants to help support this? We will be there TODAY again after lunch. I won't see email. If anybody wants to call me, they can.
Barbie is much improved! Answer to prayer. Not 100% energy yet, but maybe 80%. I am doing the Haitian high step this morning; took a Cipro to knock it out. Everybody is healthy. Lots are all bug-bit; all are tired but very happy. Very hot, but actually we are dealing with it well. Last night a great breeze. Many are sleeping on front and back porches.
