E-mail from Cynthia Jaramillo:

Dear Family & Friends,

We apologize for the delayed news, we are sure you are waiting to hear from us daily as you should. However, yesterday was an extremely busy day for all of us and once we returned to the Guest House, everyone just " crashed" as our young girls would put it.

The Bible School Team continued to work at Croix des Bouquets, we painted, sang and performed a Bible Story : The Healing of the Paralyzed Man. What a performance! 200 children attended and all went well, you can imagine how emotionally drained we were after such an experience. Wes Morgan prepared ham & cheese sandwiches for the Bible School Team at Walls. The afternoon activity was a visit to Jehu's Orphanage where again, we performed our Bible Story and played with 14 wonderful, well educated orphan boys. This team ended the day by attending a Revival at Croix des Bouquets where Sara sang a solo and gave a fabulous performance, the rest of us sang and performed our interpretive movements to He Reigns and The Lord's Prayer.

We later met with the rest of our group to join together in prayer and share our comments and reflection of the day.

Please keep us in your prayers, the exhaustion is starting to take it's toll. Barbie Morgan has been very ill, she has spent the past 36 hours in bed without energy and fighting a fever. Fortunately there are doctors (US doctors) available right here at Walls - they too our guests and are on a mission trip as well. Barbie needs to drink lots of liquids and rest, rest, rest.

Cynthia AKA Shakira, also was seen by the docs and nurses, she is suffering from severe bug bites and inflammation caused by these. The rest of the team just need to rest. Our schedule is tight, so much to do. Soccer Team commenced their Tournament today the VBS group went to visit and enjoy free time" at the field. Three teams in all both AFCA teams won their games and Croix des Bouquets (young group) won their game too. The Tournament continues for another two days and then we will be giving out medals, balls and jerseys for the participants. Ian, Ian and Opal are doing an outstanding job.

Quick: We got drenched yesterday returning from Jehu's....pouring down rain while standing in the back of a huge truck..it was a sight.

Love to all and God Bless you,

Cynthia Jaramillo
