Players of the Way

The Pilot Mountain Baptist Association drama team The Players of the Way began as part of the Creative Ministries Council under the direction of Louise Nofsinger in 1991. We hold auditions and invite anyone to participate from all the churches in the association.We generally have performed two plays a year and come by invitation only to any church that asks us.

This year's performance "A Mountain Christmas Memory" is a story about a poor coal mining family in Kentucky at the turn of the century, who along with way discovers the source of joy at Christmas during times of hardship. The play features actors and actresses from seven different churches.
