The menu for Wednesday night supper is chicken cordon bleu, green beans, mashed potatoes, rolls and dessert.
Deacons meet on Wednesday, February 12 at 7:30 p.m.
Parents, do you need some time to reconnect? If so, Girl Scout Troop 40456 will be offering babysitting services on Friday, February 14th from 6pm to 10pm on the children’s hall in the education building of College Park. Scouts are Red Cross certified. Children ages 2 to 10 will play games, watch cartoons, make crafts and enjoy some simple snacks! Cost is $20 for first child, $15 for each sibling if you RSVP Lora Clayton @ 336-831-4173. Without RSVP, cost is $25 per child. Payment due at drop off.
Adults, ages 55 and older, are invited to join College Parkers for a covered-dish lunch on Thursday, February 20 at 11:30.
The Youth Mission Team will meet on Sunday, February 23, 12:00 – 2:30 p.m.
Book Club meets on Monday, February 24 at 7:00 p.m.
Our Ash Wednesday Service is scheduled for Wednesday, February 26 at 7:00 p.m.
The Family Ministry Team Retreat is Friday, February 28, 6:00 – 9:00 and Saturday, February 29, 9:00 – 5:00 in the Youth Area.
From February 16 – March 1, the youth ministry will host a table outside of Smith Hall containing 144 envelopes. Each envelope will have a dollar amount printed on it – $1, $2, $3 and so forth up to $144. Please choose an envelope with the preferred donation amount. Replace the letter from one of the youth mission team members and replace it with the suggested donation. Please place the envelope with the donation in the slot at the Giving Kiosk and take the letter home to use as a reminder to pray for the youth mission trip to Guatemala in April. Thank you for your support!
Our goal for the Heck Jones Offering is $1,500.

Join us for worship at 11 am on Sunday, December 9 as our children lead us in worship the during Advent season. We will have Bible Study & Small Groups at 10 am and then a combined worship service at 11 am (there will be no Re:Creation worship service on Dec 9). See you there!

A New Event Highlights our Summer Schedule: Destination X

The entire church is invited to participate in four special events this summer. We call them “Destination X” and they are special events designed for people of all ages. Mark the following dates in your calendar and we will provide you just the information you need. Talk to Jeff or Matt if you have questions. For now, get ready for Destination X.

The Week of Prayer for the Heck Jones Offering is February 11 – 17. Our goal is $1,500.
Our Basketball Banquet is planned for Tuesday, February 13, 6:00 – 7:30 in Smith Hall.
The Ash Wednesday service will be on Wednesday, February 14 at 7:00 in the Sanctuary.
College Parkers will meet on Thursday, February 15 at 11:30 for a covered-dish lunch, followed by a program by NCBAM.
Deacons meet on Wednesday, February 21 at 7:30.
Join us in the gym on Sunday evening, February 25 at 6:00 for a family night of kickball.
The “Grub Club” will be going out to eat at Mayflower Seafood on Monday, February 26. Let Matt Wilson know if you would like to go.
